Appears new and unused though listed as refurbished, and I got if for less than a third of list price. And shipping came to my door 4 days after purchase. What a nice Mother's Day surprise!

My glide board came with 2 rips, cap on the foot was busted up, and there was a cut in the foam on one of the accessories. HOWEVER, upon contacting the seller, they were prompt in rectifying the situation and sent me a new glide board, cap and foam, which I received within 3 days. My new Total Gym is perfect!
