My glide board came with 2 rips, cap on the foot was busted up, and there was a cut in the foam on one of the accessories. HOWEVER, upon contacting the seller, they were prompt in rectifying the situation and sent me a new glide board, cap and foam, which I received within 3 days. My new Total Gym is perfect!

The seller states in the description returns section of the listing that "We do not offer returns on these units, but will replace anything that is not as described free of charge." Does not seem to be a true statement.
