Seller offered partial refund if part could be repaired. My mechanic said it could not, since the damage involved exactly a critical rotating part. Seller accepted report from mechanic and sent out a new item right away which arrived just fine. Mishaps can happen, what matters is how they are resolved. Will buy again from this seller.
