  Box came in a slightly damaged condition, if I didn't buy it to open it when it arrived, I would have been very disappointed, It seems to be good quality. I think this was decent value, it was slightly cheaper than the rest, which makes sense because the box was damaged. The appearance was the same as the photos, except the box was damaged. Overall, I would recommend if you plan to open the box, if you want to keep it in box you may want to consider another seller with more accurate photos.

  Item was marked as delivered but wasn’t item described as shown in order. I instead received just a thank you for your purchase note in an envelope in its place. I contacted the seller than they refused to answer back about the item. Be careful about what you order from them !

  Great product and great seller. Although ordering something from China, this particular package got stuck in customs and I got it about a month and a half later. Not the seller's fault.

  Purchase was for Transformers Prime R.E.D. Knock Out figure. Item arrived earlier than expected, packaging was great with plenty of cushioning. There was no damage to the original box, nor the figure in the box. They also sent a thank you card, which was nice. I also received an email explaining the card and the package were sent separately, and therefore had different tracking numbers, which I appreciated as it let me know which shipment was which.
