  This is why I’m a repeat customer with this seller. This item was shipped fast and as described, but unfortunately was damaged by the post office. My communication with this seller was superb, and I received a replacement. Out of the multiple items I have bought from this seller over the past few years, this was the only time something was damaged, and it clearly was damaged after it shipped. The description of this movie says region free, but there is a label on the unopened movie that says "Region B" which will not play on my Region A player and so I have not yet tried it. I tried to contact DaaVeeDee4, but have not received a reply. It would be helpful to receive an explanation. I have purchased from this seller before, with no problem, positive feedback, A+++ highly recommend . I'm confident this one will be resolved. Best regards.

  Great seller! I have no idea why they get some bad reviews. Anyways, I am completely satisfied with what I got from them! They shipped this at the start of the next week. The packaging wasn’t super secure, but luckily, neither the case nor disc got damaged. The condition was also as the listing described it, too! Hope to buy again in the future!

  I am amazed at how fast it got here the dvd set was as described it was packaged safely there was some slight damage to the box but that is FedEx not the sellers fault every dvd in the boxset was in its place no loose discs I don't understand the negative reviews this seller is top and will definitely use them again thank you so much
