  Bought here second time, ceramics and textiles. Recommend seller, but you get what you get, no returns. Paid over $60 in shipping and handling total, which is a lot considered a single textile ships for $5. Arrived very quickly and well packaged. Seller answers all emails! Beautiful ware. Colors may differ a bit from pictures, eg ceramic surprised us. Some textiles came with strong smell, even after weeks of airing still whiffs of mildew. Did not happen last time, so I think this the exception.

  Well packaged and the product was as described. Very beautiful products this seller has at a reasonable price. I have already bought 9 products so far and will continue buying from this seller. I have saved the custom fee by combined shipping (total 6 items) than my previous 3 items combined. Still hard to know the custom/duty fee might be when you are hitting but $5 shipping per item is quite reasonable

  I've ordered several items from Sou & it's always such a pleasure! The shipping is so fast & the items are packaged so that they are protected if anything were to happen. (Which DID happen to me, but it only tore the outside bag, my item was still perfectly protected inside the other bag!) I got a Kimono Rain Coat this time, which is just as described and I got it for an UNBELIEVABLE price! It's flawless & I got it for the price of breakfast! INCREDIBLE!
