  The post office misplaced the shipment, but the seller went out of his way to help find it and get it back on track. When the piece arrived, it was exactly as described and in perfect condition. I only downgraded the shipment time because of the post office error and have nothing negative to say about the seller.

  I thank this seller very much for being patient with my (many) questions and offering advice on the parts I needed to get the 115 year old anniversary clock I found in a thrift store working again. I also appreciated the seller being very generous with his expertise - and telling who made my clock, despite the fact I could see no identifying marks, and had no idea! Items arrived promptly.
