  The flowers weren't all perfect - about 30% were kind of 'smooshed'. The packing for shipping was just bags stuffed into a bigger bag, no box. BUT, they are still a GREAT value for the price! I'm very happy with the good ones, especially knowing that I still paid a LOT less than I would anywhere else. They did take a little time to get here, but not bad for international. Note: they do not come with stems, but I new that from the photos and I don't need them on stems anyway. Good transaction!

  Happy with purchase. Received as advertised. Paper planes were folded over in the shipping envelope causing a crease in the paper models. Poor shipping container.

  There was an issue with shipping and my item was damaged in transit. After I emailed them about it and asked for a refund, they were very helpful and issued a refund within the hour! I really wish more vendors were so obliging and so professional. The next time I need something similar, I will definitely keep them in mind, since I know they'll take care of me if something goes wrong.
