  My item arrived but it wasn’t the colour advertised however, after contacting the seller they replied quickly, they were so apologetic and offered a partial refund which I gladly accepted. We all make mistakes but it’s how it’s dealt with that counts and this seller was great. The record was still new, the packaging was good quality so it arrived without any damage and the record is in perfect condition. The price was fair too. I’m still happy overall and I would buy from this seller again.

  CD was brand new and sealed as described, superb value.When it did not arrive by the estimate I contacted the seller and they got back to me that day, explaining about the backlog at the post office( Christmas and new year) and requesting me to wait a couple of days so I did and it was delivered in that time. Excellent customer service, very happy, having purchased here before . Packaging was fine, no damage to items enclosed. 🙂🙂

  The item was shipped promptly, was well packaged and was in excellent condition as described. There were some delivery issues but it wasn’t the sellers fault (Royal Mail issue), the sellers responded quickly to my communications, reassured me and resolved the issue. So based on this order I would recommend the seller.

  Have purchased from this seller on a number of occasions: note be patient! the post can take about 2 weeks, but the items are competitively priced, as described, & securely packed. Apart from the postal times I fully recommend.

  Item was significantly delayed to a point where I assumed it had been lost or potentially delivered to the wrong address (more than 10 days after despatch). I contacted the seller who offered to send out an immediate replacement, despite it being no fault of their own. However the game unexpectedly arrived shortly after and I informed them of this. The item received was new and in seal so exactly as described for a great price. The seller was very quick to answer and resolve. 5 stars all round!
