| Item dispatch & delivery
All UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class or Courier. International orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Airmail or International Courier.
Most UK orders take 1-3 working days to arrive, however sometimes they can take longer.
Orders not received
Having shipped over 11,000 orders on eBay, we have a lot of experience dealing with orders not received.
The most common reason for non-delivery is if your order was too large to fit through your letterbox. Usually, these items are taken back to the delivery office for collection. Also, the postman/woman should have left a note with instructions on how to go about collection/redelivery. Occassionally, delivery addresses in eBay or PayPal are not up-to-date.
If you have still not received your order after 7 working days, don't worry, we're always happy to help. Simply contact us by email at sales@pkgreen.com (stating the item number and your user ID), or by using the Ask Seller a Question on the eBay item listing page.
We endeavour to reply to most emails within 24 hours. We'll reply to your email telling you what to do next. Sometimes, we'll ask you to confirm that your order isn't awaiting collection at your local delivery office, as sometimes the postman/woman may not have left a note or card. If your order is awaiting collection at the delivery office, they will ask for some form of identification, so it's always good to take some along.
