Entering into contract

musclestars4u will accept your offer to enter into contract by sending out the ordered goods to you. However, offers will only be accepted if there are no errors in the descriptions of the goods or their prices as shown on this website.

Data protection policy

musclestars4u is committedted to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is necessary to providing a service to you e.g. the delivery of a product to you. Your information is used solely for the purpose of carrying out and processing your order and fulfilling our contract to you. Our delivery partner is the Deutsche Post / DHL (and the relevant postal services in countries outside of Germany). These service providers receive your information and use it to deliver your order to you, no more.

Once your order has been fulfilled, your data is stored for tax/legal reasons, however access to this data is barred. This data is, therefore, not available to be utilised or shared with any third parties. We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address or personal information to any third party.

If you have not consented for you data to be used again e.g. for the reception of newsletters, then the remaining data will be deleted. In this case you can view, change and delete the relevant data on our website. Your consent to use your data can be revoked at any time.

TAXES, SHIPPING & SHIPPING FEES

When applicable, custom duty and local taxes are at the customer's expense. Please check with your local authorities.

International Shipping Notes: Final delivery of International packages is handled by the postal service of the recipient's country. On rare occasions, a package may be delayed by customs procedures. We ship with "DHL", this includes insurance. You will also receive an email with your tracking number.   

Returns Policy

If you are anything less than delighted with an item for any reason, you can send it back to us
within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in saleable condition and in their original packaging. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Any goods that are not to your liking can be returned within 14 days of delivery without stating a returns reason. Just follow the instructions on the returns form enclosed with your goods, and send the articles back.

Faulty goods are fully refundable, inclusive of delivery, return and other extra costs.
Please note: Returned goods which show signs of use in excess of trying them on may lead to a reduction in the refund given. Always wear "something underneath" when trying articles on, especially with underwear.

If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within 7 days and we
will replace the defective item for you. Our email is: info@4youreyesonly.org. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including shipping) will be issued to your Paypal account. By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

Faulty Goods / Transport Damage

musclestars4u is responsible for any damage to items which occurs during the transportation of the goods to the customer. If the goods arrive damaged, please send them back to us for a full refund (see Return). Please inform us immediately (within the first 2 days of arrival), of goods damaged in transit. After this time, we can not take responsibility for any damages.
