Shipping is immediately after we received your payment. Delivery as insured parcel. You will receive an invoice with each delivery. Ebay fees will be paid by us. Should there be any complaints, you can contact us by mail: info@kitchensconsumption.com . All our articles are new.
After the buy
After purchasing, you can click on the button "Payment and delivery" and you are provided with all necessary information. Please do not send us additional mails. The mail you receive includes a WEBLINK which will lead you to special payment page. On this page, you can change the INVOICE ADDRESS as well as the DELIVERY ADDRESS if necessary. You will also find our bank account data. Multiple purchases will be combined into one PARCEL.
Payment
We require advance payment or payment by Paypal before the item(s) is/ are dispatched. Paypal-Address: info@kuechenkonsum.de. Or you can transfer the sum to our bank account. Please note down the name of the receiver (and not the ebay item number or your nickname) at the transfer order. You can find our bank data under settlement.
Attention!
If your account is not verified and you have reached your limit, this can lead to difficulties with paying via Paypal. The payment via Paypal will not be carried out. In this case, please ask Paypal for more information.
If shown you a mistake news gotten. Log you itself into your Paypal account one and goes to send on money. There, you input our Paypal address and all further statements. Send the money directly to our Paypal account from your Paypal account. Thank you.
Forwarding costs/postage
The costs for postage are given in each acquisition.
Cancellation
If you are a private customer, you can cancel the purchase within 1 month. All you have to do send an e-mail to info@kitchenskonsumtion.com with following return of the article. Please stamp the return sufficient.
