An item reached you broken?

Every article to leave our office is being carefully checked and packaged as safely as possible by our shipping staff. Nonetheless, mistake are possible.

Also from time to time we experience our shipments being treated everything but gently during transport.

Shipments that are handed to you personally by the delivery service and already show signs of force should be opened with the delivery person still present. Should the content also be damaged: Refuse this delivery and have the delivery person take written note of the damage.

Also note:
With articles which have already been removed from the hygienically sealed packaging and are then being claimed to have arrived broken we have no way of checking if the defect wasn't caused by maltreatment. (Natural materials such as wood and bone are susceptible to force, strong temperature change, moisture and chemical influence such as by hair sprays, shampoos and deodorants...)

How to proceed:
  1. Inform us that your order reached you broken.
    Please send a picture of the broken article still in the hygienically sealed packaging and/or the envelope/box via e-mail to info@fly-style.com. (at least give your 6-digit order number which you will find on the address label and in each of our e-mails regarding that order).
  2. We will get back to you.
    After we have reviewed the case we will send you information on know how to proceed by e-mail to your with eBay registered e-mail address (make sure it is correct and is being checked by you regularly).
    A return shipment of the broken article is only necessary in some cases.
  3. Normally we send a repplacement right away.

Got the wrong item?

Our shipping processes are largely automated and computer-aided. That's why mixups are a very rare occurrence. Of course human error can never be avoided entirely.

How to proceed:
  1. Inform us that your delivery was not correct.
    Please send a picture of the wrong article via e-mail to info@fly-style.com (at least give your 6-digit order number which you will find on the address label and in each of our e-mails regarding that order).
  2. We will get back to you.
    After we have reviewed the case we will send you information on know how to proceed by e-mail to your with eBay registered e-mail address (make sure it is correct and is being checked by you regularly).
    A return shipment is not always necessary.
  3. Depending on the article in question we will ask you for a return shipment whose costs will be covered by us. After that we will send a replacement at once.
