NON-PAYING BIDDER POLICY
Please read the auction description carefully and bid responsibly! We do NOT tolerate non-paying bidders. If StuffxStuff is unable to establish contact with the high bidder within SEVEN (7) business days from the end of the auction, the following penalties will occur:
- Item will be re-listed and non-paying bidder will be assessed a restocking fee equal to 25% of the item's value
- Negative feedback will be left for non-paying bidder
- TradePort will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay which may ultimately lead to indefinite suspension

Free Postage & Packing
Free Postage & Packing is offered for many of our eBay items. To find out if your country is eligible for free P&P, please refer to the shipping section at the bottom of the item page for details.
For all the free postage & packing, we will use registered airmail as the shipping method unless it is specify in the content. For some countries, you can use online tracking to trace your the delivery and you will receive the dispatch notice mentioned the tracking number. For more details about the registered airmail and onlince tracking, please visit the Hong Kong Post website ( www.hongkongpost.com )
If you purchase multiple items from which offers free P&P, it will be free for the whole package. Therefore, free postage will no doubt relieve customers from any complications when calculating combined orders. Free P&P also means no hidden charges for shipments.

- Europe *: 7 - 21 working days
- Australia : 7- 14 working days
- US and Canada : 7 - 14 working days
The above delivery times are estimations and will take into consideration the maximum time needed for parcels to go through customs. Therefore, in most cases the shipping time will in fact be shorter. You may find that purchasing from us will even be quicker than if bought locally!
Rest assured that your orders will be delivered to you quickly and safely. Adequate insurance is automatically included for all parcels that are shipped via the courier services mentioned above.
