  This was my first ever eBay purchase and I’m absolutely thrilled! The seller was super fast and helpful answering any questions, even sending additional photos. Shipping was fast. The product was even better than as described! My jacket was packaged nicely and I appreciate the incredible value.   Shipping was incredibly fast from JP to Canada via DHL, only took 3 days. The seller communicates promptly and answers all of my questions before purchasing. I also received updates while the bag is being shipped. The vintage LV Pochette Accessories I purchased was in excellent condition. There was a minor fraying on the canvas on the side of the bag not pictured, but the seller promptly reimbursed me $30. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase & would definitely recommend this seller!

  Great seller. Finally received the shipment. The packaging thankfully was very well done and secure, which was a concern. The Chanel shoulder bag is very very cute!! It is virtually as described. In addition to paying state sales tax, I was astonished to have to pay DHL an additional 10%($184)on a used good to receive it into the country. Overall I have to say that I was very impressed with the representative at Brand Off, she was helpful & “put her foot down” to get DHL to deliver the package.

  Love love love! Shirt was packed really well and it's exactly as described. My item came with the original tag and threads. Processing and shipping took about 1-1.5 weeks to get on hand. Only downside is the import fees but overall extremely happy with my purchase

  Delivery - Ordered on Friday evening, it was shipped out on Monday afternoon and I received in SG on Tuesday morning! It doesn’t get any quicker than this! Condition - as seen on photos! It’s great vintage condition. I love it. Customer service - they promptly answered my questions and share more photos when requested.
