  The Seller is excellent. I had to return the item because of my fault. The reason for Return should have been "Ordered by mistake" and not putting the blame on the Seller, because I incorrectly measured the existing brush (each division was 2 mm and I took it as 1 mm). It measured 3 divisions so the size is not 3mm x 3mm x 11mm. Instead it is actually 6mm x 6mm x 20mm. Still the Seller accepted the return. Was excellent in communicating. Item arrived promptly very well packaged.

  I got my order and the seller was ok...however his delivery carrier was not the brightest penny bye delivering my order to my next door neighbor who lives on the other side of my mountain...quite aways from me but at least we know each other very well...he called me and woke me up but glade of it...I got my washers I need for my work...The seller needs to report these bad carriers ..also this package had another address on it and name but was too smeared to see clearly..I really hate fedex
