Warranty
EU standard warranty apply to all articles we sell, giving you the insurance of 24 month with new, and 6 months with used articles. In case of a warranty claim, pls. send digital pictures of the damage with description and bill per mail. We will handle the claim swiftly with the manufacturer, and let you know wheather to send the article, or use provided replacement. Buying at Windsport Fehmarn offers you the same service as with your local dealer... only better.
Tax
VAT only applies within the EU, and can be deduced for all other countries (article price / 1.19). Deduction only applies to the price of the article(s), shipping has to be paid including VAT.
Shipping & Handling
All standard packages are sent exclusively and insured with UPS, boards insured with shipping company.
