| Antwort:Occasionally, an item will slip past our radar and be listed with something missing or unnoticed about the item. When this happens we accept full responsibility and refund or replace.
If the item does not meet your personal standards for "sufficiently as described" please feel free to contact and we may be able to refund or replace an item. |

| Antwort:Yes, and we actually charge much less than many of our competitors.
Our combined shipping is determined by current postal rates.
Our policy is to charge $.25 per additional individual card, but usually the cost comes out to less, so we reduce even further.
Just wait for an invoice, which usually comes within two business days. |
| Frage:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| Antwort:We ship out all items within three business days of and usually on the date of the payment.
Delivery times are determined by either USPS or UPS.
We have no control over delivery times, other than the option we offer where the buyer pays additional shipping for a faster service.
If items are delayed, please contact and we will update you. |
| Frage:What happens if I overpay the shipping costs? |

| Antwort:We almost always catch this and refund before shipping.
However, in the event that you receive your item and have not gotten a refund equivalent to the difference between your payment and our combined shipping costs, please contact and we'll take care of it. |

| Antwort:Yes. Though a small handling fee may still be charged, as we pay people to open and sort the cards that we sell. |
| Frage:I live in Italy, Germany or Brazil and don't understand why I have to purchase Registered at $11 |

| Antwort:Though we only require Registered on orders over $20 to most international locations, we have been forced to charge the Registered fee on any purchases to Germany, Italy and Brazil. This is due to extreme delays up to 3 months and actual mail theft in many cases.
We had two choices. Not to ship to these countries, or charge the fee. |

The owner has been in business for over 10 yrs and has accumulated a large collection of memorabilia and gaming materials. You can benefit from his experience with our low prices and professional service. |

| Antwort:We do our best to add whatever our customers need if we can find it. If you don't see something and you need it, let us know.
Also, if there is a product releasing in the future that you would like to see us carry in our store, feel free to suggest it to us.

| Frage:Why are the shipping fees higher now than in the past. |

| Antwort:USPS increased their shipping fees and changed the entire structure of their system on May 14th '07.
Any fee increases are related to that. |
| Frage:Why do you have so few/or so many negatives. |

| Antwort:We currently average about 1,200 sales a month with around 300 of that being unique users.
We have maintained no negatives for over a year and only have 13 negatives out of a total 72,000+ feedback ever.
If that doesn't impress you, we also guarantee that each of those 13 negatives was due to misunderstandings that we attempted to correct. |
