Spare parts:
If you look for spare parts which are
not in our shop do not hesitate to contact us. We try to make an offer as soon as possible.
To the completion:
Payment as stated in the offer. For urgently needed spare parts please
contact us directley to find the fasted way for delivery.
Exchange basis:
If you have purchased spare part on exchange basis you have to send in
the defective part immediately after order confirmation. As soon as we receive
any approval of dispatch we will send out the purchased part.
Special information for linear scales:
If the Aluminium body or glass scale inside the body is damaged or
broken then a purchase order on exchange basis is not possible. In this case
you have to inform us accordingly and you will get a different price.
Dispatch:
We are working on a list of shipping costs for
worldwide dispatch. The list will be available soon.
We are paying for ebay, the buyer carries forwarding expenses.
