Welcome to my policies page! By placing a bid and/or purchasing one of my items, all buyers are agreeing to abide by my terms of sale. Please feel free to email me with any questions!
My Guaranteee to My Buyers
* Let's start with the big one -- all of my items are guaranteed 100% authentic. I deal primarily with Coach items, although I occasionally mix in a little Dooney & Bourke as well!
* EVERYTHING I sell is brand new and unused. In the majority of cases the original store pricetag is attached (price portion may be removed, please see individual auction descriptions for that information).
* In each of my auctions I provide as much information about the item as I can, including detailed photos. I am happy to provide additional information upon request from the buyer.
* I am not affiliated with Coach or Dooney & Bourke and am not an authorized distributor. I purchase my items from Coach stores and high-end retail department stores.
* In most cases I am able to provide a gift box (upon request) at no additional charge! The only exception is for an oversized bag (I do not always have boxes large enough for this) and international buyers (I do not charge for a gift box, but it may add additional weight to the package and result in additional shipping charges). A gift box must be requested during the payment process (Ebay checkout or Paypal payment).
* I take pride in preparing neat and professional-looking packages which keep your items safe during shipment. All Coach purses & wristlets are wrapped in Coach tissue for shipment.
* If a payment reaches me before 8pm EST, I do my best to ship the next business day. My packages always go out within 2 business days of receiving payment via Paypal, BidPay, or money order/cashier's check. Personal check payments delay shipment by 10-14 business days as these payments must have ample time to clear my bank.
My Terms of Sale -- By Bidding/Purchasing, Buyer Agrees to the Following:
* From buyers within the US, S&H charges are a flat rate stated in auction. For non-US buyers, I am happy to quote a S&H rate upon request.
* From US buyers I accept Paypal, BidPay, money orders, and personal checks. Please note: personal checks are held 10-14 business days to clear my bank. This means that anything which is paid for by check will not ship until 2 weeks after the check reaches me ; if you are in a hurry to receive your lovely new item please make payment by Paypal, BidPay, or money order to have it shipped immediately upon receipt of payment.
* From non-US buyers, I accept payments through Paypal and BidPay only.
* I send out invoices when I receive notification of a purchase, and expect to receive a reply within 3 days. I must receive payment within 7 days of purchase.
* If I do not receive any response from a buyer after 7 days and multiple attempts to contact them, then I use Ebay's Unpaid Item process to recover my fees and leave negative feedback for the non-paying buyer. Fortunately I do not have to do this very often!
* I encourage buyers who are unsure about an item's features to ask all questions before bidding, as all sales are final. I do not offer returns or exchanges.
* I ship with Delivery Confirmation on all US packages, but this is not a tracking number or an insurance number. I am not responsible for packages once they are mailed -- I strongly recommend insurance on all purchases as I will not be responsible for any lost, damage, or misdirected parcels.
* Non-US buyers are offered insured and uninsured shipping choices. Although insured mail is generally much more expensive, please see above -- I am not responsible for packages once they are mailed, so insurance is strongly recommended.
* All packages leaving the US will be declared on the customs form as merchandise valued at the auction's final price (I round up to the next dollar). Buyer is responsible for any fees/taxes/etc. incurred by receiving package.
