| Sales processing and payment |
Collecting Items:
You are welcome to collect items within 3 days and save money through
combined shipping. Longer collecting is not possible due to organizational reasons.
For each additional item, you pay a country dependent surcharge. For details see
“shipping costs”.
With payment your purchase is automatically completed. Because the items
will be prepared for shipping immediately upon receipt of payment, later purchased items can not
be shipped together!

Sales processing for Germany and Austria:
Please use the eBay checkout after purchasing. There you can summarize the article correctly.

Sales processing for foreign countries:
For buyers from other countries an automatic summary is unfortunately not possible, as we can't
deposit the shipping costs in eBay. Instead wie combine your purchases manually and enter the
correct shipping costs. You can then complete the purchase via the eBay checkout process.
Please let us know when you have completed your purchases. We calculate the shipping cost
for combined shipping. Please wait then until we have combined
the articles!
We combine the items normally once or twice per day.

Payment:
You can pay by bank transfer, Paypal or in cash upon collection.
You can obtain the necessary information in the eBay Checkout.

Shipment:
Shipment is done by registrated parcel (DPD or DHL). Details on shipping and shipping costs see
“shipping costs”. We normally ship the next working day after
receipt of payment.
local pickup: Local pickup ist possible (only by appointment!),
then there are no shipping costs.

Feedback:
Feedback (as well as the markings for “paid” and “sent” on eBay) are given by
us shortly after shipment. If you have received the feedback, your package is on its way to you
(there will be no separate shipping notice).
