Everything was good until I opened the box of this it listed as "New". There is damage around the power button which resembles marks from a screw driver (see attached photo). The mixer works as intended but the condition was misleading.

I was initially upset as the songbook I was sent was not the one in the picture of the item! There were certain tunes I was looking for and they were not in the book I was sent. I got in touch with the seller and they are sending me the correct songbook this week, which is great. This is my first time using eBay and I will use it again, based on the end result being positive.

Do not waste your time with this seller. He is a joke. He lied about his return mailing address on the phone 2 times. The item listed was said to be like new and that was a lie. It was clearly used and damaged. The item was returned and tracking number says it was and ZERO REFUND. he’s a liar and a very dishonest seller about his items.

Item was fully refunded, we even offered the buyer a refund on the return shipping cost as they were dissatisfied with the item received compared to the listing. No problem, we always work to fully rectify any problem with any of our orders. Buyer did not call us at all ever and our return address is always same as ship out address. Not sure what "lies" these are but Buyer refused to elaborate and stopped all communication with us for weeks then suddenly left this negative feedback.
