  • Q: Can I pay for my purchase by Personal Check?
    A: No, It is E-Bay's policy to only accept electronic methods of payments, also due to our business banking fees for out of state personal and business check deposits, absolutely we can not accept any personal or business checks as payment for any purchase.
  • Q: Can I pay for my purchase by Money Order or Cashier Check?
    A: It is E-Bay's site trading policy not to accept any kind of paper (mail in) payment and only electronic (paperless) payment methods for all trading on their site.
  • Q: Can I pay for my purchase with my credit card directly to you through the phone or on line?
    A: No,our merchant Credit Card processing is not set up to accept any credit card payment without physical access and in person use of any credit card. Also using credit cards through a PayPal account offers certain protections to buyers and sellers for all transactions, specially those conducted on the E-bay site.
  • Q: Can I pay for my purchase in cash?
    A: We can only accept cash as payment for any item if the listing offers Local Pick up which in turn is in compliance with E-Bay payment policy as well but not only it is not safe and advisable to mail cash also it is against E-Bay payment policy to accept cash through the mail.
  • Q: Can I Lay-A-Way an item or purchase it and pay for it in installment payments?
    A: We do not have a Lay-A-Way Plan for items we sell on E-Bay as it involves additional contracts between us and the buyers which it is not easily enforceable. In the meantime, E-bay and PayPal have some financing programs which you can explore them through each site, pay for your purchase, receive your purchased item and then pay for it in installment to them.
  • Q:Can I combine multiple purchases in one payment and what is the procedure?
    A: It is very highly recommended to pay for multi purchases in one payment in order to save on the shipping charge. After the first purchase or winning the first auction, please contact us to let us know that your are interested in other items or you will be purchasing other item(s) and we will send you an invoice for all the items you purchased with discounted combined shipping charge which makes it simple to pay for all purchases in one single payment. Combining purchases in one payment does not preclude you of leaving feedback for each item purchased.
  • Q: How many days do I have to pay for an auction I won or an item I purchased?
    A: Per our payment policy, all payments are due within 3 days after end of auction or purchase unless, the buyer has contacted us before bidding on the auction or purchasing an item to make different arrangements for payment period. For mutual respect and smooth transactions, please do not bid or purchase an item if you can not pay for an item within the stated time period to avoid any damage to your E-Bay membership.
  • Q: What happens if I can not pay for my purchase or auction I won within the stated period in your payment policy?
    A: We do strongly advise that you contact us if you can not pay for the item you won or purchased to make subsequent arrangements for a certain date to pay for the item. If the payment is not received within the stated payment period or a subsequent date, then we are obliged to file a non paying buyer dispute with E-Bay to protect our rights and try to recover some of the expenses associated with the non completed transaction.

    A: Almost all items are shipped within one business day after receipt of clear payment unless it is stated in the listing differently.  Items that require engraving, sizing, length adjustment or any other alterations as per buyer's request, may take 2 to 3 days after receipt of clear payment to be shipped.  We do make all possible efforts to ship all items as fast as possible including those items with modification requests.
  • Q: Do you offer local pick ups?
    A: Unless it is stated in our listing for those items that we can not ship due to the size and weight (very unlikely), we do not offer any local pick up at all, specially not to divert any of our E-Bay buyers to any of our other business outlets and keep our E-Bay business totally independent within E-Bay site.
  • Q: Do you offer shipping insurance to protect my purchase during delivery?
    A: Due to the nature of the items we sell, 99% of shipping charge for all our items includes shipping insurance to avoid any losses incurring by our buyers in case an item is lost or damaged during delivery.
  • Q: Why the shipping charge for items priced over $200 or more are not proportionately higher than those at lesser price?
    A: Due to PayPal payment protection policies, items with total payment of over $250 requires on line Signature Confirmation to be eligible for payment protection which is an added cost to the shipping and insurance charge for each package, therefore yields to a higher total shipping charge.
  • Q: Do you use other shipping carries beside U. S. Postal Service?
    A: In order for us to ship all our items in a speedy manner, it is most convenient to use USPS as shipping carrier which in turn makes it possible to ship to P. O. Boxes and APO addresses, but if it is essential & convenient to any of our buyers to use any other shipping carrier, you must contact us before bidding or purchase to make arrangements with a price quote for the shipping carrier of your choice if we are able to comply with your request.

    A: We only ship items to the shipping address provided to us by PayPal with the payments without any exceptions to comply with seller protection policy offered by PayPal. If you wish to have an item shipped to some other address (for example as a gift), you should add the shipping address as second or third address to your PayPal account before making your payment for the item, then choose the desired shipping address at the time of payment through PayPal for the item as one time shipping address. This is the only way we can ship items to different address than the main address you have in file with PayPal. There is no need to make any changes to your address in file with E-Bay for shipping to an alternative address.
  • Q: How do I know when my item is shipped and how do I check on the status of the shipment?
    A: As part of our E-Bay set up, once we ship our items, the buyers are notified via automated e-mails through E-Bay with important shipping information and guidelines from us, included in the e-mails and it is imperative for the buyers not to ignore those e-mails. Also for each item we ship, the buyer will receive an automated e-mail from PayPal advising that the item which was paid through PayPal, is shipped and the shipping carrier and the package tracking information are included in the e-mail for the buyer to be able to track the package on line.

    A: No unfortunately due to the varied import regulations & prohibition list of items by different countries, we can not ship to those countries which jewelry items are among the list of prohibited items. Also we can not offer a uniform rule for shipping to all countries, since the shipping and insurance charges varies for each destination country. This leaves us with the only choice of handling each case separately and by making arrangements for shipping price & method of shipment before any international buyer can bid on or purchase any of our items.
