Customer Service Pledge and Policy
Communications: Our customers are everything to us. We are dedicated to providing them with the following:
· Communication Pledge: We pledge to get back to you as fast as we can with the most accurate information available.
· Equal Respect: – All customers shall be addressed in a respectful manner and treated fairly and with integrity. If you feel you have been treated badly or unreasonable please contact the CEO at CEO_ebay1@fis4her.com. We will investigate and provide feedback on all reports.
· Fast Communications – We currently operate 7 days a week although Saturdays and Sundays are not staffed all day.
o Emails: Please send any customer service emails either through Ebay Contacts or directly to email@example.com. We can use a language translator program.
o Telephone: Please contact us by telephone at (01) 408 945-8123. We are normally available between 6:30 am and 5:30 pm (PDT) but we have a 24-hour message service. Please speak clearly and slowly when leaving return information. We are sorry but we can only understand English.
o FAX: Please send all FAX communications to (01) 408 945-8123. Our service will convert them and send them to us via email.
USA & International Payments
Pay Pal can handle all Major Credit Cards, International Bank Transfers, regular bank transfers and ECHECK. Buyer pays no fees. Only takes short time to get signed up and verified.
USA Non-Pay Pal Payments: We accept Postal Money Order, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. We accept Western Union Payment either by Check or BidPay.
International Non-Pay Pal Payments: We accept International Postal Money Order and Cashiers Checks. We accept Western Union Payment either by check or BidPay.
International Cashier and Personal Checks: These types of checks may delay the shipment of your item by up 14 days. It may take some international banks that long to transfer funds. We have had checks returned after this time and it is very frustrating. Please think real hard before using this option.
Customs or VAT Fees: Buyers are responsible for all destination country custom and/or VAT fees. Since the threshold level and the % for these fees vary from country to country, customer should be aware that fees might apply. We are committed to keeping these fees, when applied, as low as possible.
California State Sales Tax: California (USA) State Sales Tax, for Santa Clara County (8.750%), shall be applied to all sales originating in the state of California. This tax is not applied to any non-California buyer or to International buyer transactions.
Standard Shipping Policy
Carrier Service: We ship items using United States Post Service, 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday). We cannot ship when USPS Post Office is closed. 99% of all items are shipped the same day as payment is received.
Address Validation/Verification: We ship to addresses that are furnished on Pay Pal receipts. All changes to shipping address must be done within 10 minutes of Pay Pal payment. If you desire item drop shipped to another address, you need to send email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm your email.
Shipment Notification: Customers’ will received two shipping notices via the email address furnished to Pay Pal. 1st notice will be from Ebay and 2nd notice from Endicia, which will have the Delivery Confirmation Number and/or date of label printing. We only print labels the day your item will be taken to the post office.
USA Shipments: Items shipped within the USA are shipped First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. 99% of all items shipped same day as payment. Delivery times are 3 to 5 days.
International Shipment: We ship Worldwide. All items are shipped USPS Air Mail. Delivery times vary according to destination internal postal services. Major cause for delays are Customs Inspection and distant of final delivery point form port of entry. Most international customers receive items within 3 to 6 days of shipment.
Terms and Conditions: Payment and shipment terms may vary on individual items. Buyers are encouraged to read and understand the terms and conditions of each listing purchased.
Shipping And Handling Charges: Frankly we dislike this term because it is the one area that sellers abuse the most and where most disputes occur between sellers and buyers. Please read each item description carefully. The item descriptions take precedence over any other statements.
Product Warranty and Return Service
New Material Only: We sell only new materials. Our items are not shipped in retail packages to eliminate excessive packaging and shipping cost.
All items are guaranteed to be as advertised and delivered in new condition.
If not 100% satisfied with product, please contact us within three days to arrange for replacement and return or return and refund.
USA buyers will be shipped a prepaid return address label for returns.
International buyer must send items back prepaid and the cost will be refunded. Seller reserves the right to limit return shipping charges that are excessive. Please send all returns via Standard Air Mail – NO Federal Express, DHL, or UPS special services. Item will be refused.
