1. Contract / Acception of the Order
The acception of your order begins with the delivery of the goods to your appointed address. Your order is considered canceled if your purchased item is not delivered to you within 14 days after payment. In that case, you will receive a full refund of your purchased order including all the shipping costs within 7 business days.
2. Return Policy
We offer our customers a 14-day return and MONEY-BACK-GURANTE on all purchased items. The 14-day period starts with the day you receive your purchased item at your provided shipping address and ends with the date you shipped it back to us (postage stamp or date of the carrier picking it up from you). (The full refund does in general not include the shipping costs payed by you, unless the unlikely situation occurs in which we have sent you a defective or wrong item!) We only refund purchased goods if they are not used or damaged by the customer in that 14 day period and have been returned with all official accessories with it (for ex. dustbacks, registration cards, extra buttons and so on).
3. Shipping
We ship immediately after the payment is received with one of our secured shipping carriers to your provided shipping address.
Shipping Cost & Shipping Time:
- Within the European Union: Secured shipment for 9,80 GBP (Delivery time appr. 3-4 days)
- EXPRESS Shipments per request (Delivery time appr. 24-48 hours / No Sunday Deliveries)
- International shipmments outside the European Union available upon request.
(If you order more than one article at the same time, you do not have to pay any additional shipping fees!)
The above mentioned shipping costs, as well as costs for returned shipments, are due to the customer unless a wrong item was shiped, the item has a defect or any written documentation issued from Fashionesta GmbH that states something else.
4. Privacy Policy
We follow a confidential order and shipping procedure in which your personal data is solely used for a secured and straight-forward order and shipping process. Furthermore, your personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality and will be deleted upon your request at any time.
