Shipment Terms

Izzue of size limitation

According to the postal size limitation imposed by different countries, some items may have to be shipped via EMS/CP depending on the shipping destination and the postage has been stated in the auctions.

Size Limit applied on the following countries:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Anguilla, Australia, Bahamas, Brazil, Croatia, Cuba, Estonia, Honduras, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Paraguay, Peru, South Africa, Ukraine and other remote countries.

Combine Shipping Rules:  

1. The shipping of the 1 st item will be calculated based on the heaviest item among the whole order.
2. For each additional item with shipping fee USD10 (GBP7) or below, 35% discount would be applied.  
3. For each additional item with shipping fee USD11 (GBP7.5) to USD29 (GBP25), 25% discount would be applied.  
4. For each additional item with shipping fee USD30 (GBP26) or above, USD4 (GBP2.5) discount would be applied.  

•  All buyers MUST accept this policy before the bidding. NO EXCEPTION!

•  We do not offer combine shipping discount for oversize items.

•  All listed shipping costs are for Hong Kong post Standard Flat Shipping Service only; the shipping charge will be different if other shipping method.

•  Only single currency will be applied on this policy. No combine currency due to ebay system limit!

Example A:  

An order with 7 items with following shipping:

usd4 + usd10 +usd11 + usd20 + usd29 + usd30 + usd40

Total shipping fee after discounted:

usd40 (remain unchanged) + usd26 (usd30-4) + usd21.75 (usd29 x 25% off) + usd15 (usd20 x 25% off) + usd8.25 (usd11 x 25% off) + usd6.5 (usd10 x 35% off) + usd2.6 (usd4 x 35% off)

= usd120.1

Example B:  

An order with 6 items with following shipping:

gbp3 + gbp7 +gbp24.5 + gbp34 + usd5 + usd30

Total shipping fee after discounted:

gbp34 (remain unchanged) + gbp18.38 (gbp24.5 x 25% off) + gbp4.55 (gbp7 x 35% off) + gbp1.95 (gbp3 x 35% off) + usd30 (remain unchanged) + usd3.25 (usd5 x 35% off)

= gbp58.88 + usd33.25 (2 invoices)

Will you ship to my country?
  • Yes! We ship worldwide except of Brazil & Colombia!
  • We do not ship any battery products to Italy!
  • Flat International Shipping Rate: The shipping & handling cost at the item description is the same to every country unless oversize items.
    • What is your shipping terms?
  • Item(s) is in Hong Kong.
  • Shipping and Handling charges also included the cost on packing, shipping, auction listing fees, and other administrative fees.
  • All items will be packed safely.
  • We will send e-mail notification after shipment with the off-line tracking number. (Non detailed tracking info provide, not include shipping cost)
  • We only ship to one address in all purchases until 3 days passed from the sales date of the purchases. We DO NOT take any responsibilities of any error.
  • We do not accept COD.
    • Do I need to pay tax or duties?
  • We are not responsible for any taxes or duties (i.e. VAT) in your countries. You may need to paid it at your side. Please contact your local post office for more detail information.
  • Items may be marked as gift if requested.
  • We will stamp the fix item value on the form CN22 which smaller size parcel in USD10.00 and large size parcel in USD50.00. We don't responses for any tax charges of the item price difference from the form CN22.
    • How long does it take for shipment?
  • Allow 1-3 business days for order processing after payment.
  • Items will be delivered by REGISTERED AIRMAIL offered by Hong Kong Post unless specify in auction.
  • The order less than USD50.00 will delivered by AIRMAIL only.(Not include the shipping cost)
  • The normal shipment time for Regular Airmail is 7-14 business days (mostly to every countries). Extra shipment cost is needed to upgrade the fast shipment - EMS Speedpost (3-5 business days). Please contact us before you send the payment.
    • How to trace my order?
  • We will send you an e-mail after every shipment to inform you :
    A. Date of Shipment
    B. Register Tracking No (Hong Kong Post Office)

  • Please contact your local post office with the tracking number after 14 days. The will let you know where is the parcel.
  • Please contact us urgently if the item not appears after 21 days. We will contact the Hong Kong post office to trace the parcel. Normally overseas mail tracking will take 30-60 days to complete the investigation.
    • Other Terms
  • We are not involved in the delivery process.
  • We will not take any responsibility if the parcel was returned, which resulted from unsuccessful delivery, insufficient delivery information or import rejected by custom. Buyer should pay for the cost on the return, reshipment & other admin cost.
  • Our item(s) is 100% new from the manufacturer/supplier.
  • No Trade-in.
  • Only serious bidder is welcome. Negative feedback will be left if the buyer does not have intention to pay.
