Note - please do not email us requesting a return - just follow the below procedure.
If you have bought the wrong size or style, you may:
- return the pair for an exchange to another size (subject to availability)
- swap to another style completely (subject to availability)
- return the pair for a full refund of the purchase price#
Procedure:
- Register your intention to return an item via the ebay resolution centre.
- Once you have done this, we will approve the request.
- Included in your parcel is a returns/exchange form - simply fill this in with your requirements and return with your item. If you do not have this form, simply place a written or typed note with your requirements in with the parcel.
- If you require an exchange, please indicate the size you require. If the size is instock, we will swap. If the size is not in stock, we will refund you.
Advisory
- When you try them on, do not scuff the upper or the sole, and retain all the original packaging
- # All postage costs are to be borne by the customer, unless we have sent the wrong pair or size, as per the ebay order. For exchanges, we will send you a paypal invoice for the postage prior to posting. UK = £3.95. EU = £14.99. World = £24.99.
- These terms are binding, and by bidding/purchasing you acknowledge them. your statutory rights are not affected.
