We only collect via UPS on their Standard, uninsured service.
You will be required to package your part in advance. Given that there will be no added insurance on the parcel, please take care to use a suitably sized, strong Cardboard box, with plenty of protective material such as Bubble wrap – filling any empty spaces with Packing Peanuts. UPS provide a Step by Step Guide on Preparing your package for shipping here.
Next working day collections can be organised if you have ordered and paid for your specified service between the hours of 9am-5pm. If after 5pm, your order will be processed the following working day, and collection will be organised for the next-working day thereafter. Your Collection will be attempted between the hours of 9am-5.30pm if from a Business, and can be until 7pm if from a Home address. Once your parcel has been collected, it will usually be delivered to us within 1-2 working days, depending on your location.
WON’T BE IN?
Not to worry – we can email you a shipping label to print off and attach to your Parcel. You can then take it to your local UPS Access Point to drop off at your own convenience. To find locations and opening times, please click here.
RATHER SEND IT IN YOURSELF?
No problem! Please ensure you use the eBay messaging system to let us know once you have purchased the desired service. Instead of arranging collection, we will set the job up manually on our system and provide you with our Address, and a Job Reference Number to include in your parcel. Again - it’s a good idea to include your Contact details inside with this. We always recommend using a Tracked and ‘Signed for’ service, just to be on the safe side.
